• Courier – R50 – Door delivery (any size parcel) 1 – 3 days to most areas, outlying can take longer, refer to tables below.
• PostNet – R50 – Branch collection 1 – 4 days.

4. Tracking Number

Once we issue your tracking number it is your responsibility to Track Your Parcel and liase with the
courier where necessary. Delivery address can not be changed once shipped. We will supply you with a
tracking number and tracking link, if you have any issues you are welcome to contact us anytime for
assistance. We are not responsible for tracking your parcel or for delays which are beyond our control.

5. Order Completion

An order is deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains an electronic signature from any
person at the buyers nominated address. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Therefore, all items are fully inspected and checked before shipping. For returns please refer to the returns
policy.

All delivery times are quoted in business days. The courier service does not operate on weekends or
